2. Our Products

TapShield sells RFID-blocking card sleeves designed to add a simple physical layer around contactless debit and credit cards.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product colours, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, supplier updates, or product availability.

TapShield sleeves are intended to provide an added RFID-blocking privacy layer. They do not replace bank fraud protection, account monitoring, card alerts, safe payment habits, or any security services provided by your financial institution.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or adjust an order if necessary.

This may happen if:

• Product information or pricing is incorrect
• Payment cannot be processed
• The product becomes unavailable
• The shipping address is incomplete or invalid
• We suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity

Once your order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or change it before processing begins. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, supplier processing, customs, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. TapShield is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tapshield.cawith your order number and a description of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Normal shipping delays, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not qualify for a refund.

7. Product Use

You are responsible for using TapShield products as intended.

TapShield products are designed for standard card storage and everyday wallet use. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, excessive bending, cutting, exposure to harsh conditions, or use outside the intended purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, branding, logos, designs, and layout, belongs to TapShield or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission from TapShield.

The name TapShield and the tagline Everyday Security may not be used in connection with any other product, service, or business without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, marketing platforms, and fulfillment partners.

These third parties may collect or process information as needed to provide their services. Your use of our website may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

TapShield is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of third-party providers outside our control.
